Legal Aid Society
Provides free legal advice and representation to eligble clients with civil issues including domestic violence, housing, health care access, and other matters that impact family well-being and stability, and community education on legal rights and responsibilities.

Provides childcare referrals and information to parents, training and on-site consultation to childcare providers,anda lending library full of resources fpr the community.
Nurses for Newborns of Tennessee
Provides a safety net for families most at-risk to help prevent infant mortality and child abuse and neglect through in-home nursing visits that provide healthcare, education, and positive parenting skills.
Progressive Directions, Inc.
Early Intervention Program- Serves developmentally delayed children birth to three years and their families through developmental screenings and assessments, and behavior management offered through center-, home-, and community-based programs, family group activites, transportation, and transition into the school system.

Adult Services Program- Serves developmentally delayed adults and their families through center-, home-, and community-based programs, including residential support, suppotred employment, job placements, activities, transportation, and respite care.
Rape and Sexual Abuse Center
Provides counseling and support to children and adult victims of sexual abuse, and community education programs to reduce the risk of victimization. Programs include crisis intervention and therapy advocacy and hospital accompaniment services.

Provides a safe shelter for domestic violence victims, a crisis line, counseling support groups, and other supportive assistance, including jobs, housing, clothing, and follow ups after leaving the shelter.
